Hey hi hello! With 13 years of event planning experience in the higher education and nonprofit world, including planning and coordinating events with 10-2000 guests, there's nothing that can phase me when it comes to an event day (seriously, nothing!). For the wedding couples reading this, I've been coordinating weddings since 2018 and still love every part of the process, so be prepared for me to get emotionally overjoyed for you and your partner at some point during your day.
The number one rule of event planning is that nothing will go as planned. My job as your event coordinator is to yell "Plot twist!" and then turn whatever is going wrong into a flawless experience, all while serving as your CEO (Chief Energy Officer). That's what I call my Marissa Magic. Together, we'll make magic happen and your festivities will be flawless!

Sarah has been working in the wedding field for several years, first at a photography company and now with Flawless. She specializes in the creative aspect and will always make your decor look perfect! When not keeping couples calm, Sarah is a full-time student.
Event Coordinator
Marianne Cisar
Marianne began working with weddings as a venue coordinator in St. Louis. Now she brings her perfectionist eye and attention to detail to all of her Flawless couples! On days when she's not solving event problems, Marianne works as an accountant.
Event Assistant
Katie Peters
Katie began assisting with event setups in 2020 and brings a detailed eye to each reception she helps set up. When she's not working with Flawless, she spends her days as an editor!
