Starting 6 weeks out, we will work with your vendors to create your timeline and manage the rehearsal, setup, event run of show, and teardown. Celebrate care-free all day, knowing that we have everything taken care of. Plus, you have unlimited communication with us leading up to your event to answer any questions that may arise.

Some couples and companies have everything laid out and just want an expert set of eyes to put the timeline together for smooth sailing, all day long. We will reach out to all of your vendors and create a timeline just for you so that you can have full confidence in coordinating everything flawlessly.
Event Consultation or Planning

Starts at $150 for two hours
We know wedding and event planning can be stressful, and are here to help! Book an à la carte 2-hour planning session where we can go over anything from décor to etiquette to vendor selection advice. You'll leave with a list of next steps and a clear sense of your event planning direction. If you're looking for someone to take over the planning process completely, we can create a unique plan to bring your event vision to life for you, stress-free.
